Foxridge Swim and Racquet Club

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

The Foxridge Swim and Racquet Club offers four different types of membership. These membership types are as follows:

• Permanent Memberships (includes ownership and voting rights) may be obtained directly from the Club or by transfer. Memberships may be purchased from the Club for a $500 initiation fee plus $600 annual dues. Transfer memberships purchased outside the Club are subject to a $150 transfer fee plus $600 annual dues. Before purchasing a transfer membership, confirm that the membership is in good standing with the membership chair.

• Temporary Memberships (no ownership or voting rights) may be obtained from the Club for an annual fee of $725. One hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) of the annual fee, each year, may be applied to the purchase of a permanent membership. At the end of 5 years, the Temporary Membership will become Permanent. If a member purchases a transfer membership from another member, in the second year of their ownership, and second year only, $125 of their first years' dues will be applied towards the $150 transfer fee.

• Adult Memberships (no ownership, voting rights or transferability - unless original Permanent Membership still held) may be obtained from the Club for an annual fee of $275. All children in the household must be 16 years of age or older, by June 1 of each year. No complimentary guest passes will be issued, but members may bring guests in for the normal fee or purchase a guest card. Club guest rules apply to Adult memberships. Adult membership age is 21. All children of adult members must pay guest fee when using Club (guest rules apply to children of adult members). This membership is on a year-to-year basis.

Inactive Memberships (no usage of Club facilities) may be maintained for $225.

Annual dues are payable in full according to the schedule below. Dues should be sent to the Club's mailing address. Payment will be credited based on the postmark date. Dues not paid by June 15th will result in forfeiture of the membership.

ENTRANCE POLICY / AGE REQUIREMENTS

Entrance Policy: All members, age 6 and older, must be listed on the master registration list, which will be kept at the entrance table at the Club. All members must check in each time they come to the Club. Photos and additional information will be kept in a master file for identification purposes. Families must register their nannies or babysitters in the master file. Registration Day is usually the third Sunday in May from 10 AM - 2 PM. Late dues can be paid and photos taken at this time. Entrance to the Club will be strictly monitored. Individuals not on the master list will not be allowed entrance to the Club.

Age requirements: Children must be 10 years of age and over to use the club unsupervised. Children under the age of 10 years of age require supervision by a parent, or guardian. (Nanny, baby-sitter, etc.). Children must be at least 12 years old to baby-sit younger children.
