Registration begins at 7:00 A.M., Course C starts at 7:30 A.M.
Course A: 100 yard swim / .5 mile run (under 10)
Course B: 200 yard swim / 1 mile run (ages 10-15)
Course C: 400 yard swim / 5 K run (ages 16 & older)
Compete in any category (as a family) or a team, individual competitors within age category are eligible for prizes. Free pancake breakfast following the biathlon for all participants!

Funds raised from this event will be used for continuing operations of the Foxridge Swim & Racquet Club which has suffered recently in membership due to competition and the economy. Entrance fees and donations are not tax deductible. Thanks for your support!
